Dr. Marilyn Steele: Writer, Presenter, Artist, Poet

Picture
Marilyn Steele, Ph.D., is a Jungian psychologist, mother, author, and artist.  She has been a pioneering thinker and teacher on the psychology of women and a revisioning of the self (what it means to be human.)

Dr. Steele is a brilliant workshop leader and an inspirational speaker with a gift for finding just the right image to convey complex thinking and new paradigms of consciousness. Founder of a successful seminar business “Life in the Round” in the 1990’s, she now teaches and consults to groups and organizations around the country and internationally.

Her innovative theory of women’s psychology and the creative process of growth and transformation reconciles science and spirituality and restores us to our wild souls.

Dr. Steele is now particularly focused on encouraging and inspiring women to bring their wisdom, creativity and power into the world which urgently needs them.

You can read a sampling of Dr. Steele's stories and poems right here, and see her paintings here.

"Raise your hands. Raise your voice. Be ambitious. Don't take no for an answer. The world would be a better place if more women were running it, and as long as that is true, then ambition in women should be celebrated as a gift to us all."

- Susan Estrich, Professor at University of Southern California
